According to Genesis 2:7, God formed man from the dust of the ground and breathed life into him, making him a living being. God placed man in the Garden of Eden to work and take care of it. However, God knew that man needed a helper and companion, so He decided to create a suitable helper for him. Consequently, God made a woman by taking one of man’s ribs (Genesis 2:22). Adam and Eve lived together in the Garden of Eden until they disobeyed God and were expelled from the garden. Outside the garden, they had three children: Cain, Abel, and Seth.
